By means of this privacy policy, we inform you about the collection, processing and use of your personal data through the FERRER INTERNACIONAL website (hereinafter, the “Website”).

For what purpose will we process your data and what is the basis for its processing?
FERRER will process your personal data to manage your registration to participate and assist to the masterclass. This may include, give response to your queries and requests.
The legal basis that legitimises the processing of your data for this purpose is the performance of the service for which you have registered, which is legitimised in accordance with the provisions of art. 6.1 b) General Data Protection Regulation. FERRER needs to process your personal data to ensure your participation in the masterclass.
Additionally, FERRER at the end of the event, will send you a survey to get your opinion about the organization of the event being the legitimate interest the legal basis that legitimizes the processing. You can object this processing at any time by sending your request to lopd@ferrer.com.
Likewise, FERRER may send you invitations to similar events or invitations taking into account the provision foreseen in art. 21.2 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Spanish information society services and electronic commerce act.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which your data was being processed. In particular, it will be processed for the purpose of responding to your request and, as soon as we have responded to your query, it will be deleted after six months.
To which recipients will the data be disclosed?
FERRER will not communicate your personal data to third parties except in compliance with the corresponding legal obligations in each case.
We also inform you that your personal data may be accessed by third parties acting in the name and on behalf of FERRER, provided that such access and data processing is essential for the provision of a specific service to FERRER. Under this scenario, these third parties may have access to your personal data exclusively for the purposes that FERRER determines in each case and, under no circumstances, for their own purposes.
In addition, only if you have consented, FERRER’s companies and partner may have access to your feedback of the event since they are the ones that have invited you to participate.
What are your rights?
You may exercise the following rights at any time before FERRER in relation to your personal data: access; rectification; deletion; limitation of processing; data portability and to object.
Below, we detail what each of these rights entitles you to:
- Access: You may obtain confirmation as to whether FERRER processes your personal data, as well as consult your personal data included in FERRER’s files.
- Rectification: You may modify your personal data when they are inaccurate or complete those that are incomplete.
- Erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- Object: You may request that your personal data not be processed. FERRER will stop processing the data, except for the existence of compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
- Restrict of processing: You may request the limitation of the processing of your data in the following cases:
- While the accuracy of your data is being challenged;
- When the processing is considered unlawful, as the interested party you may oppose the deletion of your data and request the limitation of its use;
- When FERRER does not need to process your data, but you need them for the exercise or defence of claims;
- When you have objected to the processing of your data for the fulfilment of a public interest mission or for the satisfaction of a legitimate interest, the limitation will take place while it is being verified whether the legitimate reasons for the processing prevail over yours.
- Portability: You may receive, in electronic format, the personal data you have provided to us and those obtained from our relationship, as well as transmit them to another responsible entity.
To exercise these rights, you can send a written request expressly indicating which of the above-mentioned rights you wish to exercise by e-mail to lopd@ferrer.com. You should bear in mind, however, that the exercise of certain rights may be limited due to the need to comply with the legitimate interests of FERRER, as well as in the case of having to comply with a legal obligation.
The exercise of these rights will be free of charge provided that they are not exercised in a manifestly unfounded or excessive manner.
Finally, we would like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), located at C/ Jorge Juan núm. 6, 28001 Madrid, in the event that you consider that FERRER has not processed your data in accordance with the regulations as well as to contact with data protection officer by sending an email to dpo@ferrer.com.
